Background: Dr. Darrow is a native New Yorker, who grew up in North Carolina. After his training, he worked as a hospitalist for several years before joining our program as core faculty for Internal Medicine in 2018. In 2023, he took on the role of Transitional Year Program Director. Outside of his work, he enjoys exploring Atlanta’s culinary scene, cooking, traveling, skiing, running, and spending time with his family.
