Northside Hospital Sports Medicine Fellowship is an ACGME accredited graduate medical education program, and provides comprehensive sports medicine care to athletes of all ages and skill levels. Our program spans across north Georgia to serve a broad and diverse patient population.
You will work with every facet of sports medicine during your fellowship year thanks to our team and community partners, further reinforced by our didactic curriculum.
We proudly serve Georgia State University Athletics which includes Division I football, basketball and soccer sideline coverage. Additionally, we work with over 40 local high schools, affording you robust coverage experience during your fellowship year.

Dr. Powers is a fellowship-trained sports medicine physician with board certifications in pediatrics and sports medicine, who serves as Program Director for the Northside Hospital Sports Medicine Fellowship. More about Dr. Powers
