Feruza Bezgnuova, DO

Feruza Bezgnuova, DO

Feruza was born in Russia and moved to the United States at the age of thirteen with her family. She received her undergraduate degree in BSN and worked as a nurse for five years before pursuing medical school. She finalized her undergraduate studies at the University of North Georgia and received her Doctorate degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her interests in medicine include preventative care, patient education, sports medicine, and osteopathic medicine. Feruza is also passionate about women’s health. Feruza is married and is a mother to three handsome boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading books, and gardening.

Janine Kfouri, DO

Janine Kfouri was born at Northside Hospital in Atlanta and raised in Lawrenceville, GA. She pursued her undergraduate education at the University of Georgia, earning a bachelor’s degree in biology, before attending medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine - Georgia. Choosing Family Medicine for its comprehensive nature, Janine values its emphasis on prevention, patient education, and forming lasting connections. Her medical interests include sports medicine, pediatrics, mental health, and global health. Outside of medicine, Janine enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, walking her dog Hachi, trying new restaurants, and participating in various sports such as soccer, skiing, tennis, pickleball, and ping pong.

Simon Lee, DO

Simon was born in the United States but raised in South Korea, where his journey across the landscapes of analytical thinking and compassionate care began. His transformative experience as a medic in the Korean military ignited a profound passion for healthcare and patient-centered care, leading him toward the medical field. Simon is now dedicated to pursuing a career in family medicine, with a particular interest in specializing in sports medicine. This path allows him to merge his love for anatomy with a hands-on, empathetic approach to patient care. Beyond his medical pursuits, Simon has a keen interest in the intersection of technology and healthcare, and he finds joy and community through singing in a choir.

Shahil Patel, DO

Shahil is from Suwanee, GA. He attended the University of Georgia for undergrad before graduating from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Shahil chose family medicine because it allowed him the opportunity to form long lasting relationships while being able to provide broad spectrum medicine to all ages. Specifically within family medicine, his interests include osteopathic manipulative medicine, procedures (point of care ultrasound, nexplanon insertion/removal, etc.), and sports medicine. During his free time, he enjoys playing sports, spending time with family and friends, and watching TV/movies.

Julia Roth, DO

Julia is from Alpharetta, Georgia. She attended the University of Georgia where she studied Genetics and Art History and continued her medical education at Nova Southeastern Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine in Florida. She chose family medicine due to its broad spectrum and diverse medical care. Her medical interests within family medicine include preventative medicine, women’s health, and geriatrics. When she is not cheering on the Bulldogs, she likes to play pickleball and spend as much time outside with family and friends.

Aly Saleh, DO

Aly was raised in Youngstown, OH, and is a graduate of Youngstown State University and the University of Akron. After moving to Georgia to attend the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Suwanee campus, he fell in love with the rich culture and diversity of Gwinnett county. Aly’s professional interests include adolescent medicine, sports medicine, population health, and equity in healthcare. Outside of work, Aly enjoys watching his hometown sports teams, reading fantasy novels, trying new local restaurants, cooking new recipes, and spending time with his two cats.

Judy Trang-Mangonon, MD

Judy is a first-generation Vietnamese-American and the first doctor in her family. She decided to pursue family medicine because she gets to work with patients of all ages and build long-lasting, meaningful relationships with her patients and their families across multiple generations.

Her career interests include teaching and community outreach. As a Georgia native growing up in Gwinnett County, she hopes to give back to the community and connect with the families here on a deeper level by serving as their primary care physician.

Outside of work, her hobbies include animal rescue, live music/concerts, and shopping. On her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, her daughter, and her five dogs. She is a lover of all things Disney.

Stephanie Yan, DO

Stephanie was born in Beijing, China, and moved to Quebec, Canada, as a young child. Home, however, has been Johns Creek, Georgia for the last 15 years. She attended Augusta University for undergraduate and then proceeded to Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Georgia for medical school.

Stephanie chose family medicine for its broad-spectrum care and opportunities. She looks forward to fostering long-term and trusting relationships with her patients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and loves to curl up in bed with a good book.
