Michele Belizaire, DO

Dr. Belizaire was born in South Carolina but was raised in Germany and Italy. She returned to the United States and received her bachelor’s degree in business from Florida State University and began her career in hotel management. After realizing her passion for medicine she later completed medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Georgia. She desires to offer compassionate medical care while educating patients so they can make informed decisions about their healthcare; and she believes the specialty of Family Medicine best helps her to achieve this goal. Her interests include women’s health, fitness and nutrition, and helping patients manage hypertension and diabetes. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children and attending her children’s various extracurricular activities.

Aldo Crespo Almanzar, MD

Dr. Crespo Almanzar was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He moved to Norcross, GA, with his beautiful family in the summer of 2023. He completed Medical School in UNIBE, Dominican Republic and later pursued a Masters in Science of Medical Education in the UK. His interest in Family Medicine is based on the broad scope of practice and versatility. He loves playing chess, hiking and spending time with family and friends.

Taylor Juson, MD

Dr. Juson grew up in Federal Way, Washington. He graduated from Washington State University Vancouver with his Bachelors of Science in Biology. For medical school, he attended Our Lady of Fatima University in the Philippines. Dr. Juson’s favorite thing about medicine is how anything can have a pattern or story behind it. During his free time, he loves to run and proudly completed two marathons.

Randy Kim, DO

Randy was born and raised in Macon, Georgia. He attended the University of Georgia where he studied Microbiology, and went on to Nova Southeastern Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine in south Florida for medical school. Randy chose family medicine because of his love of cultivating relationships with those around him, and he looks forward to building trust with his future patients to help them live their healthiest lives. Within family medicine, his interests include preventative care, procedures, population health, and practice management. In his free time, Randy enjoys golfing, fishing, snowboarding, playing guitar, reading, cooking, and spending time with his loved ones.

Olalekan Olorunyomi, DO

Olalekan was born in Nigeria and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Valdosta State University, followed by a Master’s in biomedical sciences and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from PCOM Georgia. Olalekan is passionate about family medicine because it allows him to build lasting relationships with patients and make a meaningful impact on their health. His clinical interests include sports medicine, rheumatology, osteopathic manipulative treatment, lifestyle medicine, and the role of spirituality in wellness. Outside of medicine, he enjoys sports, resistance training, jumping rope, reading the Bible and Christian literature, meditation, and spending time with loved ones.

Lewaa Shoujaa, MD

Dr. Shoujaa was born in Lebanon where he earned his degree in biology from the American University of Beirut. He attended medical school at Beirut Arab University where he fell in love with Family Medicine. He sought to become a family medicine specialist, undergoing 4 years of training at the American University of Beirut Medical Center, where he graduated as chief resident.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Shoujaa enjoys hiking, camping and playing all kinds of sports. However, his ultimate love remains his pets.

Muhammad Siddiq, DO

Muhammad is from Roswell, Georgia. He earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Georgia before completing his medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Suwanee Campus. Muhammad chose family medicine as it allows him to build meaningful, long-term relationships with his patients. His interests include sports medicine, behavioral health, and preventative care. Stemming from his educational background, Muhammad is also passionate about narrative medicine and the role of storytelling in clinical care. Outside of medicine, he enjoys writing, golfing, cheering on local sports teams, playing video games, and spending time with his loved ones.

Claudio Villalobos, MD

Dr. Villalobos was born and raised in the southern region of Chile, where his passion for service was shaped by accompanying his parents in their work among underserved indigenous communities and by experiencing firsthand the profound opportunity we have to serve others. Dr. Villalobos believes his life has been guided by God, who led him on a life-changing journey—from long hours in his family business to medical training in Puerto Rico and the U.S.—always holding onto his purpose of becoming a physician for those around him, especially those in the most need. As a husband, father, and follower of Christ, he strives to bring love, compassion, humility, and hope into every patient interaction. He is passionate about community outreach, holistic care, and integrating behavioral health and prevention into family medicine. Outside of medicine, Dr. Villalobos enjoys playing sports, singing, drawing, spending time in nature, and making music with his family.
