Background: Dr. Fordham grew up in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota where she was very active in sports and her community. After her undergraduate education in biology, she worked at the University of Minnesota Medical School in clinical research. During that time, she published several peer-reviewed manuscripts and book chapters.
