Background: Dr. Damus joined the Family Medicine Faculty in 2025 after being in private practice for one year and fellowship for one year. She obtained her medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine then completed residency at Northside Family Medicine Residency Program in Gwinnett GA. After residency she pursued a fellowship in Family Medicine Obstetrics (FMOB) in Savannah, GA. Her current medical interests include: Gyn office procedures, prenatal care, maternal health, outpatient-based procedures. When not at work, Dr. Damus enjoys gardening, walking trails, meditating, binge-watching series, and spending time with her family.
