Nimra Choudhry, DO

Nimra Choudhry
Nimra is from New York and went to undergraduate at Stony Brook University and then graduated with her medical degree from NYITCOM in Long Island, New York. She chose family medicine as she has always had a passion for preventive care and wants to treat patients of all ages and demographics. She has an interest in lifestyle medicine as well as women’s health. In her free time she enjoys traveling, cooking with her husband, strength training and hiking.

Young Il Chung, DO

Young Chung

Young was born in South Korea and came to the United States and was raised in New York. He completed medical school at NYITCOM in New York.

Young chose family medicine for his love for broad spectrum of patient care and building continuity with patients. He has special interest in clinical practice, preventative medicine, and sports medicine.

He is fluent in Korean. He enjoys traveling, eating, and spending time with family and friends.

Llewellyn Rachel Delsarte, MD

Rachel Delsarte
Rachel Delsarte is from Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from Morehouse School of Medicine. Her interest in Family Medicine stems from her passion to combat chronic disease from a preventive, holistic lens. Her goal as a physician is to provide realistic, evidence based advice to patients to improve their health and overall life. She also has interest in public health and would like to become more involved in healthcare policymaking, advocacy, and public health education. Her hobbies include exercising, cooking, hiking, visual and performing arts.

Yoona Kang, MD

Yoona Kang
Yoona was originally born in Columbus, OH, but moved to Duluth, GA, right around in middle school and has lived here ever since. She ended up moving out across the country in California for medical school at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. Family Medicine always seemed like the obvious choice for her given the patient population and the range in medical knowledge and practice. Yoona is particularly interested in lifestyle and preventative medicine and hopes to implement that into her future practice. She enjoys spending time with her dog, as well as baking, watching shows, and hiking. She’s definitely thankful to be at Northside and feel it fosters a great environment for future family physicians.

Akaash Singh, DO

Akaash Singh

Akaash was raised near Huntsville Alabama. He is a proud alum of Auburn University - War Eagle! He then attended Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 2021.

Akaash’s professional interests include sports medicine and global health. He loves to spend his free time with his family/friends/dog, watching or playing sports, traveling, and binging tv shows.
